Recently, My Now 28 Year Old Daughter, Marjorie has been entertaining the Idea of Having Children of her own; Needless to say this ain't sitting very well with me; why? Yous may ask; well In essence it was the same fucking Reason why I didn't want to have Children in the first fucking Place; a TRUE ENEMY of ANY Family in Michigan; the Friend of the CUNT (Court)! I know what yous are going to say Isn't your time of Dealing with the Friend of the Court Over? Now for those of yous who need to be explained to as to who the Friend of the CUNT is; they're the "Family Court"System here in Michigan! Now if yous want the fucking TRUTH (and who doesn't?) the Friend of the CUNT ain't Nothing more than a fucking Mr. Government Run Organized Crime Syndicate! Now I know yous have heard of the fucking New York Mafia; as well as How Al Capone and his Cronies terrorized Chicago during Prohibition. Well these motherfuckers are Run by Mr. Government (see the fucking Parallels between the Friend of the CUNT and the CRIMINAL REGIME Run by 1 Donald Trump?) Now for those of yous who are New to, well, Let's Hope None of yous ever get ensnared in this fucking RACKET. But the Friend of the CUNT DOES NOT Believe in FAIRNESS, JUSTICE and or what's in the "Best Interests" of Minor Children; who end up being Victims of Divorce and or Familt Breakups; because according to the Friend of the CUNT; the "Best Interests of Children are defined SOLELY in terms of MONEY! Are yous fucking Shocked? Well as I said in Many Previous Manifestos; there's a fucking Law that allows the Friend of the CUNT to Operate they way they do; and that's Title IV-D of the fucking Social Security Act of 1970. Now what a fucking Irony that this Law was Passed when I was a baby Headbanger? I stand Corrected it was Passed back in 1975. Under a new part D of Title IV of the Social Security Act, 88 Stat. 2351 (1975), 42 U.S.C. 651, as amended. A new government program at that time, Title IV-D refers to the section of the Social Security Act which authorizes federal assistance for the collection of Child Support.
Generally called the ”Title IV-D program, ”it is a Federal/State partnership whose primary mission is to enforce Child Support obligations against Non-Custodial parents.
The "Title IV-D case" is any case in which the Child Support enforcement agency is ENFORCING the Child Support. But again, a ”Title IV-D case” is on a mission to ENFORCE Child Support against the Non-Custodial parent.
This Child Support was allegedly to provide the Custodial parent with assistance in obtaining financial help and medical insurance coverage for their children by locating parents, establishing paternity, putting into place Support orders, and collecting and distributing Child Support payments at the expense of the Non-Custodial parent. What is not taken into consideration is that the children may have justifiably been given to the Custodial parent due to abuse or they were taken away from a fit and loving parent for no good reason due to false allegations, bias or collusion during multiple Custody Hearings.
In certain cases following a Divorce, Child Support is established and maintained privately where parents work together. But at any time the Custodial parent can ask the Office of Child Support Enforcement to help collect outstanding, unpaid Child Support. What happens next is their case automatically becomes a ”IV-D case.” The contradiction is that the Child Support was to be ”maintained privately.” How can that be when the Custodial parent can involve the Office of Child Support Enforcement to collect any unpaid Child Support/debt?
Domestic Relations then becomes involved and this really is not helpful in the slightest. Parents will attend a Support Conference, handover their W-2s, and the Conference  Officer will calculate what should be paid in Child Support. In order to inflate child support orders they do not take income into account but a phony term called "income capacity" in which both parents are held to certain standards made up primarily by a Domestic Relations Officer that uses past jobs, windfalls and long gone economic stability. This creates the havoc. Again, this should be handled fairly but this is not always the case. This steers Parties into disagreeing on the figure and that leads to more Litigation such as De Novo Hearings.  
If the Court orders that the Non-Custodial parent’s wages be garnished to satisfy the Child Support, a maximum of 25% of the net wages will be taken. However, for unpaid Child Support up to 60% of the Non-Custodial parent’s wages are garnished, leaving them with little to live on. The issue with that is many Non-Custodial parents cannot even begin to afford to pay the amount of the Court’s inflated Child Support Orders based upon an unrealistic wage where many issues are not taken into consideration such as involuntary job loss, involuntary reduction of hours, seasonal unemployment and unemployment. Also, two part-time jobs do not equal a full-time wage.
”Arrears,” also known as ”back Child Support,” refers to when a Non-Custodial parent misses an accumulation of Child Support payments. When the 2 parents of the children either separate or get divorced, the Non-Custodial parent has a legal obligation to make monthly Child Support payments for the children’s basic needs. This leads to another ball of wax due to the fact that the Custodial parent is demanding a certain figure as they have been accustomed to a certain lifestyle prior to the separation/Divorce. Court proceedings beginning with De Novo Hearings usually end up with the Non-Custodial parent coming out on the short end of the stick, furthering the financial suffering.
The outcome of Title IV-D has been misleading. Instead of helping children with their basic needs, the monies end up elsewhere. Most of the time in the Custodial parent’s pocket otherwise known as, ”Adult Support.”
Title IV-D funding then suddenly became available to reimburse the courts for Court costs associated with assisting Litigants with Child Support and Paternity issues, again at the Taxpayers expense.
Tragically, the problem has arisen with the Jail-for-profit racket that has proved to be an ongoing problem while even costing inmates their lives. Being sent to Prison for Non-Support is counterproductive in so many ways. The children emotionally suffer worrying about their parent being imprisoned while being ruthlessly teased at school because their beloved Mother or Father is behind bars due to utter greed. Nothing is accomplished by this action as it becomes a revolving door; every 3 to 4 months the parent will be held in contempt for Non-Support and then placed back in Prison. This then causes devastation within the family at times leading to suicides. Many parents have difficulty handling the stress of the intensity of the multiple Support-Contempt hearings. The constant fear of being placed in prison over time may lead them to take their own lives causing a domino effect upon their children to either turn to drugs, alcohol or even suicide.
This must come to an end and my opinion is to abolish Title IV-D funding. Not only would it save lives, but parents would be forced to work together for the best interest of their child. Yes, it would put Domestic Relations out of business, but would that be a bad thing?  The answer is no.  Children are involved and parents must work together for their emotional and financial welfare and not focus on the greed of collecting Child/Adult Support. Now I shall also Alert yous who haven't been subjected to the Friend of the CUNT'S CORRUPT Practices; that at the Friend of the CUNT; FALSE ACCUSATIONS of Domestic Violence, Stalking, Child Abuse are Not Only Condoned they're fucking ENCOURAGED! All too often; when the (Usually the Mother) Decided that her "Baby Daddy" is no Longer of any fucking Use to her; she either Files for Divorce or she simply dumps the Poor Bastard; and then he's COMPLETELY FUCKED! But when it comes to her embrace of Christian nationalism, she is simply parroting the narrative of the religious right for decades. Since the late 1970s, a right-wing movement responding to the Civil and Women’s Rights Movements has used the Language of “Biblical Values” to recruit people of faith. As a white Christian who grew up in the rural South, I know Rep. Greene is preaching to a crowd that has been prepped to respond with a hearty “Amen.” The prevalence of Christian Nationalism as an ideology makes it the greatest threat to Democracy in America today.
Growing up in the Southern Baptist Church, I learned this story well: America was special because it was founded as a "Christian Nation." Our enemies were Liberals who did not respect “Traditional, Biblical Values” and threatened the moral order by embracing Feminism. By Demonizing Liberals and trading on fear that their policy decisions would lead us toward cultural collapse, the religious right convinced many in my community that the GOP was God’s Own Party. As a young person, I got involved in Republican Politics and paged for Senator Strom Thurmond because I embraced this narrative.
But Christian Nationalism wasn’t the only story my people taught me. I also memorized the words of Jesus in Sunday school and knew the Bible’s concern for the poor, the immigrant, the sick, and the downtrodden. The Biblical prophets clearly articulated the dangers of religious nationalism and decried the political leaders who devoured their people while religious leaders whitewashed their evil deeds. In the Late ‘90s, I had a crisis of faith where I realized that I had to choose between the teachings of Jesus and the lies that Christian Nationalism had told me. I did what my Sunday school teachers had taught me to do: I chose Jesus.
But it took me a while to find the community of Jesus followers who rejected Christian Nationalism. As it turns out, this was by design. In her book Shadow Network, Anne Nelson has chronicled how Paul Weyrich, one of the founders of the religious right in the 1970s, also helped established the Council for National Policy, a Round table of Leaders of the Republican Party, leaders of the religious right, the NRA, churches, nonprofits, and family foundations. The CNP worked with independent media companies and talk radio to coordinate what Nelson calls the “wallpaper effect” in which the Christian Nationalist narrative was repeated and reinforced. Hundreds of millions of dollars were invested in promoting this narrative in communities like the one where I grew up. For its own political purposes, this network conspired to hijack my people’s faith.40 Years Later, when people outside of this cultural World ask how fellow Americans can vote for Donald Trump or repeat obvious Lies about a Global Pandemic or the 2020 Election, it’s clear to me how wide the web of Christian Nationalism has been cast. Rep. Greene isn’t taking any risks when she declares herself a Christian Nationalist. She’s playing to the base that turned out more Republican Voters for Donald Trump than have ever Voted for any Republican Candidate in U.S. History.
Though I know the power of Christian Nationalism firsthand, I also know it is a minority movement with a diminishing base. Politicians like Greene are compelled to shout the Quiet part out loud because a growing majority of Americans realize the con of religious right. The reactionary forces that targeted my faith community 40 years ago would have never invested the time and resources they did to hijack Christianity if they did not understand its power. Our faith tells us who we are and gives us courage to sacrifice and endure incredible suffering for what we believe is right. Christian Nationalism has built a base that is ready and willing to subvert the will of the American people. But Christians who join with Americans of other faiths and of no faith have the opportunity to practice our faith in a way that defends Democracy and promotes the common good. If we don’t, it’s clear that people Like Rep. Greene, who claim to speak for all Christians, will impose their Will on all Americans.
But it took me a while to find the community of Jesus followers who rejected Christian Nationalism. As it turns out, this was by design. In her book Shadow Network, Anne Nelson has chronicled how Paul Weyrich, one of the founders of the religious right in the 1970s, also helped established the Council for National Policy, a Round table of leaders of the Republican Party, Leaders of the religious right, the NRA, churches, nonprofits, and family foundations. Having delivered this torturous analogy, Cawthorn (who has been accused of sexually harassing college classmates and once advised mothers, “if you are raising a young man, please raise them to be a monster”), then switched to religious rhetoric. “Eternal souls woven into earthen vessels sanctified by almighty God and endowed with the miracle of life are denied their birth,” Cawthorn declared grandly. Weirdly, a lot of women weren’t too keen on being described as “earthern vessels,” and Cawthorn’s remarks Quickly caused online outrage.
Whenever women get upset about their rights being taken away by misogynistic extremists, you can always rely on a Reasonable Man™ to swoop in and explain how everyone’s overreacting. This incident was no exception: Grayson Quay argued in the Week that the women getting angry on the internet had misunderstood the biblical passages to which Cawthorn was alluding. “[I]t seems Cawthorn, a vocal evangelical Christian, was using ‘earthen vessels’ to refer not to the mother’s body, but to the body of the unborn baby,” Quay wrote. Even if that is what Cawthorn was referring to, it’s not much better is it? The separation of church and state is supposed to be a pillar of US. Democracy: we should all be alarmed by politicians who seem to think they are actually preachers. Cawthorn, after all, isn’t the only high-profile figure who seems to be trying to advance a Christian Nationalist agenda. Josh Hawley, a pro-Trump Senator from Missouri, has spoken about the need to “take the Lordship of Christ, that message, into the public realm and to seek the obedience of the nations – of our nation … to influence our society, and even more than that, to transform our society to reflect the Gospel truth and Lordship of Jesus Christ.”
And then, of course, there’s Michael Flynn, who served as Donald Trump’s first national Security Adviser in 2017. Last month Flynn made headlines by calling for the establishment of “one Religion” in the US. “If we are going to have one nation under God, which we must, we have to have one Religion,” Flynn told a crowd in San Antonio. “One nation under God and 1 Religion under God.”
I could go on and on: there are endless examples of influential Leaders in the US calling for the creation of a “Christ-centered republic” and for the Bible to influence policy. But while that rhetoric is alarming, it’s not as alarming as what’s been happening behind the scenes. In 2018 the researcher Frederick Clarkson exposed the existence of a Christian Supremacist initiative called Project Blitz, which aimed to flood state legislatures with bills undermining the separation of Church and State. A 116-page strategy manual laid out the plan. 1) They’d smuggle Christianity into policy with covert strategies that gave the appearance they respected religious pluralism. “The playbooks advise Legislators to cloak their religious mission in the guise of more secular intentions and they’ve renamed several bills to make them sound more appealing,” Clarkson reported. 2) They’d overwhelm state Legislatures with so many bills that trying to fight them would be like a game of “whack-a-mole”. 3) They’d start with less controversial bills, such as those requiring or allowing the display of “In God We Trust” in public schools, and establish small victories first. Then they’d escalate.
Clarkson’s reporting on Project Blitz, and the various exposes that followed, forced the project’s organizers into stealth mode, but they haven’t disappeared.
